It has begun

Less than 50 days now, before I leave this place, on to a new adventure through traveling, staying in my camper, visiting relatives, seeing sites new to me, and spending the winter in a warm climate.      This summer has been full of fun and good times with family and friends, now it is time for me to get ready for the most daring move I've ever attempted.
Boxes have been piling up in the garage, saving them for these hours and days before my household belongings go into storage.   This winter's preparations purging and selling things has paid off.   Now I just have to pack, leaving out the minimum I need to live in a 10 foot space.  My camper is 13 feet long, but that's from the front hitch to the back bumper.  lol      I do plan to replace my small camper, but right now, it is my mode of living-to-be.
I have made plans for months of what to take, what to leave behind, and what to give away.  We really don't need very much.  A place to sleep, ample food and water, and clothing to keep us warm and dry.  That's it.  Of course I do have my "treasures", too.   They are going into boxes, carefully wrapped so nothing gets broken, saving them for the next home I inhabit, may it be here in Colorado, or somewhere I've found that suits me and my soul.

I love living in the mountains!   Yes, winter was hard here, and some lonely days, but my love of nature over-powered it all.  I ate healthy food, which resulted in losing some extra weight I'd been carrying around for years.  I feel great!  I am calm most of the time, and can deal with anything with a good attitude.  Nothing is worth getting sick over...nothing.

This woman is beautiful, don't you think?

My dog Paddy in our camper...he's so cute and loving, and he'll be a good traveling buddy with me.

The roads ahead are some familiar and some unknown.

The Earth and her Grandmother are Sacred...and She is One.
My mantra, always has been, always will be.
